Suno has secured more than $400 million in fresh funding in its latest Series D round, pushing the AI music company’s valuation to an impressive $5.4 billion.

The new figure represents a dramatic jump from November 2025, when Suno reached a $2.45 billion valuation following a $250 million funding round.

The latest investment was led by Bond Capital, with participation from IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, and Quiet. Existing backers including Matrix, Lightspeed, Menlo Ventures, and Schroders Capital also joined the round.

According to Suno, the newly raised capital will be used to help more users create and express themselves through music, while further expanding creative possibilities for artists and content creators using the platform.

The company also revealed that it plans to launch its “first music model developed in partnership with the music industry” in the coming months. Back in November, Suno announced a major collaboration with Warner Music Group, one of the world’s largest record labels.

In a statement published on its blog, Suno emphasized its artist-focused approach:

“Since our early days, artistry has been central to how we build. We work closely with artists, producers, and songwriters to understand creative workflows and develop tools that genuinely support them. More than half of our team are musicians themselves.”

The company added that it sees major opportunities ahead for both fans and creators, helping artists connect with audiences, grow communities, and unlock new creative and economic opportunities.
