Suno has secured more than $400 million in fresh funding in its latest Series D round, pushing the AI music company’s valuation to an impressive $5.4 billion.
The new figure represents a dramatic jump from November 2025, when Suno reached a $2.45 billion valuation following a $250 million funding round. The latest investment was led by Bond Capital, with participation from IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, and Quiet.
