When music begins to be part of someone’s life, it’s as if their entire existence is folded into the sounds of their mind and soul. Passion for music is not something that can be controlled…it starts from within, from the most hidden and sensitive places, and springs to the surface, reaching ears prepared to listen to it and ready to transform bodies into waves of hallucinatory vibrations.

Passionate about music since childhood, Dj Dark aka Saszet Balint, began his DJ career in 2003, at the age of only 14. The launch pad was a difficult one, but his love for music made nothing impossible, so in 2008, Dj Dark began producing music in collaboration with various singers.

2010 was a prosperous year, launching himself into the world of music following his collaboration with Sonny Flame on “Jump up”, a song whose video was filmed by Iulian Moga. Also during this year, Dj Dark joins the Vibe FM team, where he works for 2 years, after which he moves to Radio 21 Romania and continues his activity to this day.

Dj Dark gained fame primarily through his hard work and strong passion, and then due to his involvement in weekly radio sets, thus being one of the most well-known and appreciated remixers in Romania.

He remixed the songs of foreign artists such as Rihanna, Adele, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Pitbull, but also from Romania, such as Carla’s Dreams, Andreea Banica, Liviu Hodor, Antonia, Nick Kamarera, which brought him fame, satisfaction and fulfillment in terms of his career. In terms of singles, Dj Dark enjoys appreciation and success, in 2011 collaborating with Phelipe together with Shidance.

His latest single. Antonia Ai Mana, is one who breaks the charts, managing to collect 5 million listens in less than 5 months.

Artist at Cat Music, dedicated to all Liberty Parade editions since 2010, participating in events all over the country and not only, in Italy, Ireland, Bulgaria, Albania, Germany, London, Dj Dark has managed to accumulate a vast experience in electronic music, so that he conquered his audience in a very short time with his personal productions, but also with his talent and passion for Djing.
